OUR POWER WOMAN
Aitaren is our youngest member in the kitchen and has been with us for 2 years. She is our inquisitive power woman who, as a young mother, continues to ensure that our guests are able to eat something delicious every day.
Aitaren is the perfect example that “learning by doing” usually still works best (but especially when cooking). Aitaren started her career in the food industry with a fishmonger. This is where she learned everything about fish and fish processing. In her subsequent work as a kitchen assistant in a fish restaurant, she was able to apply this knowledge perfectly. Here, she laid the foundation for her cooking career; She has been working in the kitchen for 10 years now. Always interested in further training, she has worked in a wide variety of restaurants and learned to cook from various different chefs.
She started at MOLA in 2019 as a kitchen helper for the cold kitchen. Due to her accuracy and her constant will to improve and to learn new things, today she masters various stations in the MOLA. From cold cuisine and breakfast, to homemade ravioli and warm dishes, she prepares a wide range of meals for our guests.
For us it is always nice to see how our employees develop together with us and we can hardly wait to find out where the journey with our team is going in the future!
