Two globetrotter meet and create together a new culinary little world in Molinar!
Melina Tara Bhardwaj, the Swedish lady with Indian-Finnish roots, who is grown up in Germany, is a host with her heart and soul. The sommelière has already proven her skills in Tristan in Portals Nous and in NURU in Santa Catalina.
Patric Gernsbeck, who completed his apprenticeship in the hotel Barreis, was able to present his creations as deputy chef in the Hazienda on Ibiza and in the 5-star hotel St. Regis Mardavall. The brilliant chef also was a head chef in Hotel Port Adriano and worked for a family as a private chef for the last five years.
